2008

On June 11th, 2008, "Weihai Hitex International Co., Ltd." was officially registered, and the trademark "HITEX" was applied for registration.

2011

On July 19th, 2011, "Weihai Hitex Culture Media Co., Ltd." was established to set foot in the cultural industry.

2014

On August 19th, 2014, "Feicheng Mini Dolphin Apparel Co., Ltd." was established.

2015

On April 10th, 2015, "Weihai Celine International Co., Ltd." was established. On August 7th, 2015, "Weihai Hitex Culture Media Co., Ltd." was renamed as "Weihai Hitex Culture Industry Development Co., Ltd.", and the trademark "HITEX" was applied for registration.

2017

On March 1st, 2017, we acquired all the assets of "Weihai Mintai Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd.", and obtained the registered trademark of "SEASKY". We registered and established "Weihai Hiboat Sports Equipment Co., Ltd.", and applied for the registered trademark of "SEASKY", and the business was expanded to the sports and leisure industry.

2018

On May 18th, 2018, "Hangzhou Hitex Textile Technology Co., Ltd.", which set foot in the fields of curtains, window screens, tablecloths, pillows and other home textiles.

2020

On May 16, 2020, participated in the signing ceremony of the key project of "Double Invitation" in Yiyang Street of Feicheng City, and formally established the site of Feicheng production base headquarters.

On June 04, 2020, Hangzhou Hitex Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.

On August 24, 2020, Hangzhou Hitex International Trade Group Co., Ltd. was established, and the company's group management structure was completed.

On September 14, 2020, Taian Hitex Textile Technology Co., Ltd. was established to prepare for the construction of a digital factory and to establish an intelligent industrial and trade industrial base in Feicheng.
